Sakura Izayoi is a recurring character in the Touhou Project universe. Sakura is the Chief Maid of the scarlet Devil Mansion who serves under Remilia Scarlet. Sakuya has the unique ability to manipulate time, whether it be speeding it up, slowing it down, or even erasing it. She can also influence the flow of time of a person which is why she still looks like a teenager.
