Fraudulent Order Policy

FRADULENT ORDER POLICY

Utopia Toys and Models reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. If our online system flags an order as "high risk" of being fraudulent or potentially fraudulent, it will automatically be canceled and the customer will be refunded. If we suspect an error has occurred, the customer will be contacted before the order is canceled. Please email us with any questions or concerns.
