Shipping policy

Shipping costs

  We generally use USPS as out default shipping method.  Customer may choose a specific shipper except for free shipping.  We will use the least expensive shipping method where applicable.

 

Shipping methods and delivery times

  We generally ship in stock items with in 2-3 days of the receipt of the order/payment.  Pre-order items are shipped with in 2-3 of receipt in our warehouse.  Delivery times vary by carrier.

 

Shipping restrictions

Due to issues we reserve the right to refuse to ship to any address/country.  All orders are reviewed and any orders considered high risk by our credit card processor are cancelled.

Missing or lost package

  If a package is lost/stolen during delivery.  We review each situation individually to make a decision on how to proceed.  We encourage people to purchase insurance if they deem it necessary.

 

International shipping

  We do ship internationally.  All duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.  We ship using USPS and declare the value paid.

Return and exchange information

  Returns are processed on a case by case basis.  If there was an issue with the item or an error on the part of Videguy Collectibles, we will pay for return shipping.  If the customer changed their mind or other issue they may have to pay return shipping.
