All online order inquiries must be sent to us via email, after you have reviewed our shipping and pre-order policies to make sure your question hasn't already been answered. Please include your order number in the subject line. You will receive a response within the STORE HOURS listed below (this means you will NOT receive a response on the days the store is closed). We will not respond to order inquiries via social media messages, and if you call the store, we will only speak with the customer that placed the order.

COLLECTIONS AND TRADE-IN INQUIRIES of any kind must be sent to destiny@utopiatmknox.com. WE DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-INS to the store at any time. Please refer to the response time note below. We are typically unable to purchase or offer store-credit for opened or damaged items, video games, trading cards, antiques and vintage toys, clothing, Beanie Babies, or items generally unrelated to anime, Gunpla, or Funko, but we can do our best to give suggestions on places that can.

NOTE ON RESPONSE TIMES: We try to respond as quickly as we can to all email inquiries, but some weeks are busier than others. General inquiries should be answered same day or within 1-3 business days. Collection and trade-in inquiries could take up to 14 business days depending on the nature of the collection and our convention schedule. Please refer to our store hours and be mindful that any inquiries submitted after 5:00 PM EST on Saturdays may not be seen by staff members until the following Tuesday. Our phones are not answered on Sundays or Mondays.
