Shipping Policy


We ship out orders as soon as we possibly can after they are placed, but our store is closed on Sundays and Mondays and our staff is rarely, if ever, scheduled on those days. If you place an order after 6:00 PM on a Saturday, the earliest you should expect your order to be shipped would be on the following Tuesday. All we can ask is for your genuine patience and understanding, and we are always happy to answer any questions or discuss any concerns you may have.


Once a label has been printed for your order, you should receive a tracking number via the email address you provided, automatically. If you do not receive this within 3-5 business days of placing your order and have concerns, please email We are always happy to answer questions and provide information to the best of our ability.

Important: During the 2023 holiday season, we had a recurring issue in which a few customers claimed to have not received their packages. Upon further investigation, the only assumption we can make is that our packages did not get scanned in during a drop off to USPS. This has prompted us to make sure we 1) watch the clerks scan in each package we hand them 2) the clerks provide us with receipts and time stamps of when the packages were scanned and 3) visit our order page at least once again at the end of the week to ensure everyone's tracking numbers have been updated. We do sincerely apologize to those that had an issue and are working to make sure this never happens again.


We cannot guarantee mint condition for any Funko products, or any product in general. Items may arrive at our facility with existing imperfections from the initial production process, shipping, etc. Once an item leaves our facility, the condition and quality control is entirely out of our hands and is the responsibility of the mail carrier or customer. Please email us to verify condition of product before placing an order. We have implemented a system in which photos will be taken of your Funko product before it is packaged and how it is packaged so that we can verify any claims of damage that may be brought to our attention. We have the right to refuse a return or refund for any reason.
